Having just celebrated her 91st birthday, Beatrice passed away peacefully at Barrie Manor Enhanced Care Community on Friday July 5th, 2019. Bea enjoyed a wonderful life surrounded by family and friends. She and her late husband Maurice Baldwick spent many years at their farm on Baldwick Lane in Grenfel. The farm was a special place for Bea, she enjoyed seeing things grow. She shared her passion for life and her feisty attitude freely with her family. Bea will be lovingly remembered by her 5 children, Beth (the late Ted) Garner, Anne (Doug) Silk, June Seeger (Jaan Liikane), Ray (Sandi) Baldwick and Ruth (Wayne) Calder. Bea will be missed as loving Gramma Moo to her grandchildren Lea, Kim, Heather, Joel, Melisa, Josh, Laura, Hannah, Krista, Natalie and Cameron and to Great grandchildren Hale, Oliver, Fionn, Lila, Violet, Sadie, Avery, Tate, Logan and Harper. Family was everything to Bea   Friends may call at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent Street (just north of Cundles Rd.) Barrie on Friday from 2-4 and 7 -9 p.m. A Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11 o’clock. Memorial donations to the Nature Conservancy of Canada would be appreciated by the family. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family through

Thank you to the staff at Whispering Pines Retirement Residence where Bea went for a winter stay. A relocation after being on the farm for 67 years. She enjoyed the social interactions with many others and sharing her farm stories. After a brief hospital stay Bea moved to Barrie Manor Enhanced Care. Special thanks to the staff for their care and compassion.
