The Reverend Canon Frances Marian – Passed away peacefully at IOOF on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Archdeacon Gilbert Lightbourn. Loving mother of Monica (Roger) Cox. Cherished grandmother of Emily (Shaun) Elliot and Andrew (Sarah) Cox and great grandmother of Arthur Elliot. Frances will be fondly remembered by her cousin John (Josephine) Hemsted. Frances dedicated her life to serving the Lord and will be remembered for her love and support of all those she touched. Friends and family will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME (445 St. Vincent Street Barrie) on Wednesday, July 15, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m.  Funeral Service will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCv01OP9TCdLAKuSOVIZupmQ.

on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 1 o’clock. Interment St. James Cemetery Crown Hill. Memorial donations to Trinity Anglican Church Barrie would be appreciated by the family. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family through adamsfuneralhome.ca
