It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Michael, on December 30, 2020, at the age of 58. He leaves behind his deeply grieving family: daughter Julia Gotch, father John (Dagnija) Gotch, mother Mary Gotch, sister Jeanette Gotch, brother John R. (Gabriella) Gotch, and nephews Matthew, Stephen and Robert Gotch. Michael left an indelible impression on all those who knew him. He was sincere, spontaneous, willful and engaging. He had a passion for music, movies and cars. He remains deeply loved and valued, our exceptional and unforgettable Michael. Vichnaya Pamyat. Michael’s family wish to extend their gratitude to staff at CMHA and Empower Simcoe, and to Dr. Ali and staff at the RVH for their long-standing care and support of Michael. Due to pandemic restrictions a private family service will be held followed by interment at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St., Barrie.
