Salamon, Ronald ‘Ron’ Paul (Sam) – Passed away with family by his side at the RVH Health Centre, Barrie on Sunday March 26, 2017 at the age of 78.  Beloved husband of Ellie (nee Keating) for 50 years.  Cherished father of Gaby (Joe) Horvath, Andrew (Alice) Salamon, and Sheila (Jon) Salamon-Durzi.  Dear Grandfather to London and Griffin; and Julian, Everitt, and Winston Belle.  A visitation will be held at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie on Friday March 31, 2017 from 2-4pm.  A loving man of simple tastes, he had a genuine love of his wife, children and grandchildren.  Happiest when working in his workshop and watching sports.  His wry and sarcastic wit will live on in the legacy of his beloved family.  Memorial donations to the Hospital for Sick Children would be appreciated.  Condolences maybe forwarded through adamsfuneralhome.ca.
